Prozac Plus: I Don’t Know is a Good Place to Start

Journal entry 2017: Feeling “lost” tonight. Went for a walk, felt it in my body and stayed with it. Tears. Didn’t try to fix it or distract from it. Just felt it. Didn’t know what to do next and that’s a good place to start.
