“Chaordic” represents the interplay of chaos and order. Chaos characterizes unpredictability, spontaneity, and innovation. Order provides structure, stability, and predictability. “Chaordic” is a wildly creative place that must have enough chaos and enough container for the new to emerge.

Chaordic systems tend to self-organize; meaning they can adapt and evolve over time without rigid, centralized control. This self-organization allows them to remain flexible to respond to changing environments.
