Oh, it would be nice to have an ice cream after a relaxing massage, I thought. I walked into the shop, became stressed by the infinite choices. At the top of the board above the selections were INSTRUCTIONS for how to order ice cream.
When I couldn’t easily figure it out I asked the counter girl, “how does this work?” She took a deep breath than began to explain. I put up my hand, smiled and said, “I’m good.” And walked out.
I call this visual “happy” because it affirms my experience.
